Willing to be located in Belitung Timur, Bangka Belitung.
Tanggung jawab: a) Monitor and refine operations such as degumming, bleaching, and deodorization to maximize throughput, minimize oil loss, and optimize energy/chemical consumption; b) Troubleshoot process anomalies, collaborate with Quality Assurance (QA) teams, and ensure end products meet exact customer and industry specifications; c) Manage shift rosters, direct plant operators/technicians, and evaluate workforce skills gaps to coordinate training and build a culture of operational excellence; d) Work with the maintenance team to execute preventive/corrective maintenance and safely manage equipment like compressors, boilers, and vacuum systems; e) Enforce safety and health regulations, maintain environmental standards, and ensure the facility adheres to strict certifications like ISO, GMP, HACCP, and RSPO.
