About the role PT Primanusa Globalindo is seeking a dedicated PRODUCT TESTING & PRODUCT SUPPORT ENGINEER professional to join our Technical Support team on a full-time basis in Pekanbaru, Riau . In this role, you will be the frontline technical support specialist responsible for delivering exceptional customer assistance and resolving product-related issues. This position is crucial to maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring the smooth operation of our product ecosystem. You will work collaboratively with internal teams to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues whilst providing clear guidance to end-users. Key responsibilities 1. Perform product testing, validation, troubleshooting, and quality control for GPS Tracking and Video Telematics devices. 2. Provide technical support to internal teams and customers regarding GPS Tracking and Video Telematics products, including participation in meetings, product presentations, surveys, project implementation, and system setup. 3. Collaborate with the Product Development team and communicate with domestic and international manufacturers regarding product issues, quality improvements, and troubleshooting activities. 4. Conduct product training sessions and share technical knowledge with internal teams, partners, and customers. 5. Assist in identifying product enhancements and contribute feedback for continuous product improvement What we're looking for 1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. 2. Strong technical knowledge of hardware and firmware systems, with proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. 3. Good understanding of basic electrical and electronic concepts, particularly those related to GPS tracking devices, telematics systems, and vehicle electronics. 4. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and user-friendly manner.
