Kualifikasi

• Eager to Learn and Work with the team
• Basic AI literacy and the ability to use AI tools effectively
• Good command of English, both spoken and written; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
• Detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, and possesses strong negotiation skills

Tanggung Jawab

• Handle hotel reservations and communicate with international clients in English; Mandarin communication is an added advantage
• Make reservations for restaurants and tourist attractions according to the required schedule
• Prepare product vouchers and supporting travel documents
• Ensure all bookings are confirmed prior to guests’ arrival
• Handle reservation amendments, cancellations, and special guest requests
• Coordinate closely with the Sales, Operations, and Finance teams
• Monitor cut-off dates, payment deadlines, and cancellation policies
• Resolve reservation-related issues before and during guests’ stay
• Manage invoices and submit them to the supervisor
