Kami membuka kesempatan magang sebagai Product Intern untuk mahasiswa tingkat akhir atau lulusan baru dari jurusan Bisnis, Manajemen, Ilmu Komputer, Sistem Informasi, atau bidang terkait. Program ini dirancang untuk memberikan pengalaman nyata dalam keterlibatan klien dan pengembangan produk internal di bawah bimbingan konsultan produk kami. Selama masa magang, Anda akan terlibat dalam berbagai alur kerja seperti pengumpulan kebutuhan klien, pemetaan proses bisnis, hingga penyusunan dokumentasi produk (PRD). Anda akan belajar bagaimana mengubah masalah pengguna menjadi solusi terstruktur, bekerja dengan data, serta mendukung tim engineering dalam estimasi tugas. Posisi ini menuntut kemampuan berpikir terstruktur, rasa kepemilikan yang tinggi, dan keinginan belajar yang kuat dalam lingkungan kerja hybrid.
Tanggung jawab: Help gather client pain points through interviews or observation, and put together a simple issue tree for a clearly scoped problem, with guidance; Support analysis of client business data for one specific context; Help map current-state processes for one function and spot obvious bottlenecks; Draft a simple solution flow or use case based on client requirements, under close supervision; Draft a PRD for a small, well-scoped feature (basic user story and acceptance criteria) for review by a Consultant or PM; Support the engineering team with basic effort estimation on small tasks; Help execute one AI use case using an already-defined toolset, under supervision; Take part in one workstream under the 4D framework (Decide, Data, Design, Digital) - manage your own tasks and report progress regularly; Help prepare materials for change communication based on direction from the team; Contribute 1–2 simple insights per workstream, with guidance, and learn to flag when data isn't sufficient; Execute tasks within an assigned scope; larger decisions need supervisor sign-off; Escalate blockers or unclear scope to your supervisor promptly; Responsible for task-level output quality and how quickly you improve - not for strategic outcomes; Quality of deliverables within assigned scope (draft issue tree, simple process map, draft PRD); Speed of learning and responsiveness to feedback; Ability to follow consulting/product workflows with guidance; Contribution to team output (AI use case or consulting deliverable) as a supporting member.
Kualifikasi: Final-year student or fresh graduate in Business, Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. No formal work experience required. Relevant internship, organizational, or project experience is a plus.; Genuine interest in how businesses work and how client or user problems get turned into structured solutions. Some exposure to product documentation (user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria) is helpful but not required — willingness to learn fas; Basic understanding of common AI concepts and use cases. Good written and spoken communication in both Indonesian and English. High ownership, structured thinking, and comfortable asking questions when things are unclear.; Able to work hybrid in Jakarta and visit clients occasionally (expenses reimbursed)..
