• The successful candidate for this position will have a STRONG DRIVE to succeed and enthusiasm, coupled with the relevant experience and industry contacts in the Indonesian market. The ideal candidate will be expected to demonstrate the following
• Prepare quotations and process customer orders for engineered instrumentation products
• Review customer specifications and select appropriate products based on application requirements
• Provide technical support and recommendations to customers and internal stakeholders
• Coordinate with overseas factories and suppliers to monitor production schedules and delivery status
• Follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
• Support Product Managers and Sales Teams with product-related technical information
• Prepare and compile technical data packs, documentation, and product submissions for customers
• Liaise with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Maintain accurate records of quotations, orders, and customer communications
• Keep up to date with product developments, industry standards, and technical specifications
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Instrumentation, Electrical, or related discipline)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Product Engineering, Application Engineering, Technical Sales Support, Technical Support, or a related engineering role
• Experience in instrumentation, process control, valves, measurement, or other engineered industrial products will be highly regarded
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and industrial instrumentation products
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and datasheets
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn new technologies and products
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop practical solutions
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and general computer literacy
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
