Key Responsibilities : Product development in cosmetics focuses on creating new products, such as makeup, skincare, and hair care items Formulation involves creating the specific ingredients and ratios for a cosmetic product, ensuring it has the desired properties and performance.
Ensuring products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements is crucial for safety and market approval. Validating the final product involves testing and ensuring it meets all requirements before launch. These professionals play a critical role in developing and refining formulas for new cosmetic products.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Cosmetic Science, Pharmacy, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in product development or process technology within the personal care or FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of haircare/bodycare formulations and processing equipment.
- Experience in scale-up, pilot trials, and technology transfer.
- Good project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
