We’re looking for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Product Development & Design Assistant to join our team. If you have a passion for fashion, enjoy supporting the product development process, and are excited to bring creative ideas to life, we'd love to hear from you! Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field. Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar design software.
Basic understanding of garment construction, textiles, and sewing techniques. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in developing design concepts from idea to production
- Prepare sketches, technical specifications (spec sheets), and product documentation
- Support fabric, trim, color, and material sourcing and testing
- Coordinate sample development and communicate revisions with the production team
- Assist during product fittings and update designs based on feedback
- Help prepare cost calculations, product data, and project timelines
- Support communication with clients, suppliers, and production teams regarding product development
- Conduct research on fashion trends, market insights, and customer preferences
- Maintain organized records of designs, samples, and product development progress
