Peran sebagai Product Development di Her Crown Story menuntut keterlibatan aktif dalam menciptakan dan mengembangkan produk perawatan rambut inovatif mulai dari tahap konsep hingga peluncuran komersial. Anda akan bekerja berdampingan dengan tim internal dan mitra manufaktur untuk memastikan setiap produk selaras dengan visi merek, tren pasar, serta kebutuhan konsumen. Tanggung jawab utama mencakup pengelolaan keseluruhan proses pengembangan produk dari formulasi hingga produksi, koordinasi dengan produsen OEM/ODM serta pemasok, pelaksanaan riset pasar dan kompetitor, serta kolaborasi erat dengan tim Brand, Regulatory Affairs, dan Creative. Anda juga bertanggung jawab menyiapkan spesifikasi produk, kemasan, dan dokumen teknis, memantau jadwal proyek, serta mengoordinasikan pengujian dan evaluasi sampel produk.
Tanggung jawab: Manage the end-to-end product development process, from concept and formulation to production and launch; Coordinate with OEM/ODM manufacturers, suppliers, and other external partners throughout the product development cycle; Conduct market and competitor research to identify consumer trends and product opportunities; Work closely with the Brand, Regulatory Affairs, and Creative teams to ensure product readiness; Prepare and review product specifications, artwork, packaging, and technical documents; Monitor project timelines and ensure milestones are achieved according to schedule; Coordinate product testing, sample evaluations, and product improvements; Support product registration and ensure all required documentation is completed; Maintain accurate product development records and documentation; Requirements:.
Kualifikasi: Minimum 2 years of experience in Product Development , preferably in the beauty, personal care, cosmetics, or FMCG industry; Strong understanding of the product development process, from concept to commercialization; Experience working with OEM/ODM manufacturers and cross-functional teams; Familiar with packaging development, artwork review, and production processes; Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills; Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously; Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented; Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines; Willing to work full WFO in Sunter, North Jakarta.
