PT Dewata Harapan Lestari (32do & Younghee Bali) mencari talenta Product Developer yang kreatif untuk mengembangkan kemasan serta pengalaman merek (brand experience) bagi bisnis F&B mereka. Peran ini menuntut ketelitian tinggi serta kemampuan menghasilkan karya visual yang menarik. Tanggung jawab utama mencakup mendesain dan mengembangkan kemasan, wadah produk, serta berbagai materi pendukung F&B dengan fokus pada aspek keberlanjutan, kegunaan, dan efisiensi biaya; berkolaborasi bersama tim grafis, pemasaran, dan operasional untuk mewujudkan konsep kreatif menjadi produk fungsional; melakukan riset material ramah lingkungan; membuat gambar teknik, dieline, dan prototipe; serta memastikan konsistensi identitas merek di seluruh kemasan, menu, dan elemen visual toko. Tanggung jawab: Design and develop packaging, product containers, and related F&B collateral with a strong focus on sustainability, usability, and cost-effectiveness; Collaborate with the graphic design, marketing, and operations teams to translate creative concepts into functional, manufacturable products; Research and recommend sustainable materials, printing methods, and production techniques suitable for F&B packaging and merchandising; Create technical drawings, dielines, and prototypes in collaboration with suppliers and vendors; Ensure consistency of brand identity across packaging, menus, merchandise, and in-store visual elements; Stay updated on trends in F&B product design, consumer experience, and sustainable innovation. Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or related field (or equivalent professional experience); Minimum 2 years of experience in product or industrial design (experience in F&B, lifestyle, or retail industries is a strong plus); Strong portfolio showcasing both product/packaging development and graphic/visual design capabilities; Proficient in design and prototyping software (Adobe Creative Suite, CAD, Rhino, SolidWorks, or similar); Excellent attention to detail and ability to.
