Posisi Product Department Head untuk kategori Mobile Phone menuntut individu dengan pemahaman mendalam mengenai industri ritel dan produk gawai/smartphone. Peran ini bertugas merumuskan strategi kategori, mengelola hubungan strategis dengan prinsipal merek, serta memastikan kinerja penjualan, margin, dan inventaris yang optimal melalui pendekatan komersial yang kuat.
Tanggung jawab: Develop and implement mobile phone category strategies based on market trends, consumer demand, brand positioning, and product lifecycle; Manage and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external brand principals/suppliers, including negotiation of commercial terms and business agreements; Take ownership of sales, margin, and inventory performance for the assigned category; Plan, execute, and evaluate promotional programs and brand activities to drive sales and category growth; Monitor market developments, emerging technologies, and consumer trends to identify new product and business opportunities; Analyze category performance and market insights to support assortment, pricing, and promotional decisions.
