Procurement & Supply Specialist

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Sourcing & Procurement • Source construction materials (structure, finishes, MEP, landscaping) from local, regional and international suppliers

• Source FF&E items in line with interior design specifications — furniture, lighting, sanitary ware, hardware, soft furnishings • Build and maintain an up-to-date supplier and price database covering the Bali and wider Indonesia market • Identify alternative suppliers and products to improve cost efficiency or quality when needed

Offer Verification & Cost Control • Review and benchmark contractor and supplier quotations against current market prices • Identify overpriced or non-standard line items in outside contractor offers

• Prepare comparison sheets (apples-to-apples) to support management decisions • Flag discrepancies, substitutions or missing scope items in third-party proposals Negotiation & Supplier Relations

• Negotiate prices, payment terms and delivery schedules with suppliers and vendors • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with reliable local and regional suppliers • Conduct market visits to showrooms, warehouses, and supplier’s facilities
