Procurement Supervisor

Procurement (General & Spare part) REQUIREMENT Bachelor’s Degree in all major

High integrity and excellent in communication skill/ negotiation skill Minimum 3 years working experience procurement Familiar with import procurement & procedure

Team work and deadline oriented with leadership ability English and mandarin would be advantage Able to set up & work with target and KPI

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Support sustainable procurement/ purchasing procedures and policy Responsible for daily material and spare part purchase and service activities, include sourcing, negotiating, supplier selection, placing purchase order, obtaining order confirmation, delivery/ shipment monitoring, goods receipting and invoicing

Responsible for end of month reporting including review and reconcile outstanding purchase orders Responsible for evaluating the supplier performance in the area of price, delivery and service and coordinate with user for quality. Liaise and coordinate with third party such as Forwarding agent, Shipping company, Customs, and other government..
