Handle the procurement of materials, equipment, spare parts, and fuel in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Tanggung jawab: Coordinate and execute procurement activities to fulfill all departmental operational requirements; Handle the procurement of materials, equipment, spare parts, and fuel in accordance with company policies and procedures; Continuously source and develop qualified vendors to support procurement activities; Obtain quotations for tenders, conduct price negotiations, and recommend purchasing decisions based on price, terms of payment (TOP), terms of delivery (TOD), quality, and other commercial considerations; Coordinate with the Accounting, Tax, and Finance Departments regarding Payment Requisition processing and payment status; Conduct vendor audits and periodic vendor performance evaluations; Monitor the delivery process and ensure timely receipt of purchased goods; Perform other ad hoc duties and assignments as required; Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related discipline from a reputable university; Minimum of five (5) years of relevant working experience in procurement or a related field; Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills; Proficient in computer applications, ERP systems (preferably SAP), Export & Import procedures, and contract administration; Experience working in the shipping and maritime industry.
