This full-time position is based in Central Jakarta, Jakarta, and plays a key role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of the company's purchasing and inventory processes. As a Procurement Senior Associate, you will be responsible for sourcing and evaluating suppliers, particularly for printing, packaging, and marketing needs. You will manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor inventory levels to optimize costs and ensure product availability. Additionally, you will analyze procurement data to provide process improvement recommendations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies with business objectives.
Tanggung jawab: Sourcing and evaluating suppliers to meet the company's procurement needs (Printing, Packaging, Marketing needs); Negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships; Monitoring and optimising inventory levels to minimise costs and ensure product availability; Analysing procurement data and providing recommendations to improve processes and procedures; Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with business objectives; Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations; Providing training and support to junior members of the procurement.
