Tanggung jawab: Research potential vendors; Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers; Adjust the specifications of goods or services needed by the project; Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing; Maintain update records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices; Following-up vendor regarding with delivery of goods and services; Reviewing the local market price and availability; Maintain communication to customer, sub suppliers, sub-contractors, and other stakeholders; Up-dating the database of supplier (e.g vendors, quantities, prices, Vendor); Requirements:; Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree; Having minimum 3 years relevant work experiences in the same position and Interior Industry; Good communication, leadership, negotiation skill, ERP, Vendor Management; Detail, honest and capable of building relationships across the organization with internal users.
