Perusahaan ini merupakan perusahaan perhiasan terkemuka yang beroperasi di Indonesia. Peran ini berfokus pada pengelolaan pengadaan bahan baku di pabrik perusahaan yang berlokasi di Jakarta Timur. Anda akan bertanggung jawab untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengevaluasi pemasok berdasarkan spesifikasi material, kualitas, harga, ketersediaan, serta waktu pengiriman. Selain itu, Anda akan berperan dalam meminta penawaran, membandingkan harga, serta mendukung proses seleksi pemasok. Tanggung jawab harian mencakup persiapan dan penerbitan pesanan pembelian (purchase order), memastikan kelengkapan dokumen pendukung, serta berkoordinasi dengan tim Quality Control untuk pemeriksaan material masuk. Anda juga akan mencatat penerimaan barang, melakukan transfer sistem, serta menyusun laporan terkait pembelian, pengiriman, dan bahan baku.
Tanggung jawab: Identify and evaluate suppliers based on material specifications, quality, price, availability, and delivery time.; Request quotations, compare offers, and support supplier selection.; Prepare and issue purchase orders, ensuring all supporting documents are complete.; Follow up with suppliers on order status and delivery schedules.; Coordinate incoming materials and quality checks with the Quality Control team.; Record goods receipts and transfers in the company system.; Prepare purchasing, shipment, and raw material reports..
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; At least 1 year of experience in procurement, purchasing, or sourcing; Good knowledge of purchasing processes; Experience with import shipments is preferred; Proficient in Microsoft Office; Able to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English; Experience in the retail industry is an advantage; Strong analytical, negotiation, planning, and supplier relationship skills.
