Job Description : 1. Review/Review requests for goods/materials & help prepare PO/SPK for suppliers & vendors. 2. Search, select and determine vendors according to project needs 3. Make price comparisons for project materials. 4. Coordinate with the project party regarding the quantity, quality and specifications of the goods required. 5. Negotiating prices, services and material delivery times with suppliers/vendors 6. Ensure that purchased goods/materials arrive on time and in appropriate condition. 7. Maintain and develop an inventory recording & vendor list administration system. 8. Checking the stock of goods/materials in the company warehouse that can be reused. 9. Maintain good relationships with suppliers and vendors Requirements : 1. Under 30 years 2. Minimum education S1/D3 – Architectural/Industrial/Civil Engineering or equivalent is preferred 3. Mastering knowledge about building materials & equipment for construction/interior projects (specifically Data Center projects) 4. Minimum 2 years experience in the field of procurement of tools & materials for civil & interior contractor needs. 5. Have broad insight into suppliers & vendors for civil/architectural and interior work. 6. Able to communicate & negotiate with suppliers & vendors 7. Honest, disciplined, responsible, thorough and able to move outside the comfort
