Process Improvement & Operational Excellence Specialist

Role Overview We are seeking a Process Improvement & Operational Excellence Specialist responsible for ensuring that approved SOPs, production workflows, and quality controls are implemented and sustained consistently on the shopfloor. This role works across PPIC, Production, QC, Warehouse, and Delivery to identify gaps between planning and execution, drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) , and support a culture of continuous improvement in line with ISO 9001 or other related management system standards .

Key Responsibilities Process & Operational Excellence Ensure SOPs and work instructions are applied consistently in daily operations

Monitor process conformity and operational discipline across departments Identify inefficiencies, process gaps, and recurring operational issues Support standardization of work methods and production controls

Continuous Improvement Lead and support improvement initiatives focused on quality, productivity, cost, and delivery Apply structured improvement methods (PDCA, Kaizen, basic Lean tools)

Track improvement actions and verify effectiveness Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA) Coordinate root cause analysis for production issues, rejects, and delays
