• Vision & Strategy: Own the school’s vision, values, and strategic direction. Set annual performance goals across all three pillars to ensure a unified, cohesive institution
• Senior Leadership Rhythm: Supervise, develop, and hold the three pillar leads accountable. Establish and run senior leadership rhythms, meetings, and institutional priorities
• Academic & Clinical Oversight: Hold overall accountability for student outcomes, teaching quality, and therapy standards through your specialized leads, ensuring high performance without micromanaging daily delivery
• Culture, Induction & Training: Lead whole-school onboarding and institutional training focused on corporate values, culture, conduct, safeguarding, and operational procedures
• Stakeholder Management & Escalation: Serve as the primary external face of the school to parents, regulators, and the community. Sit at the apex of the escalation line to handle the most critical institutional issues and determine board-level notification
• Governance, Finance & Safeguarding: Secure child safeguarding protocols, maintain ultimate regulatory/legal compliance, approve budgets, and guide the school's overall financial health and sustainability alongside the Operation Lead
• Emergency Operational Support: Provide short-term classroom cover or supervision within your own competence during genuine emergencies to maintain safety and routine. (Does not replace credentialed clinical therapy delivery)
