Sebuah lembaga pendidikan membuka kesempatan bagi pengajar profesional untuk bergabung sebagai Primary Teacher. Peran ini berfokus pada penyampaian materi pelajaran yang menarik dan efektif kepada siswa tingkat sekolah dasar dengan mengacu pada kurikulum internasional yang berlaku. Anda bertanggung jawab menyusun rencana pembelajaran, menyiapkan materi pengajaran berkualitas tinggi, menilai kemajuan belajar siswa secara berkala, serta menciptakan suasana kelas yang aktif, kreatif, dan menyenangkan demi mendukung perkembangan akademis maupun karakter siswa.
Tanggung jawab: Deliver engaging and effective lessons aligned with the English syllabus; Prepare and deliver high-quality teaching materials and resources; Set clear learning objectives and assess student progress regularly; Provide timely and constructive feedback to students; Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and independent learning; Compose lesson plans in order to successfully incorporate the full duration of each lesson; Execute lessons efficiently using different styles of teaching depending on the content; Engage students to ensure a lively classroom atmosphere; Instruct students about the structure and content of the English language; Emphasize the rules of composition, grammar and sentence construction; Teach students the correct pronunciation of words.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s Degree in Primary Education, Education, English Education , or a related field; Experience teaching in private or international schools is an advantage; Familiarity with child-centered learning and primary education development; Experience with international or Cambridge Primary curriculum is a strong plus; A minimum of 2 years of full-time teaching experience in a recognized educational institution is preferred; Proven ability to create engaging, age-appropriate learning activities for primary students; Strong classroom management and communication skills; Ability to develop and deliver effective lesson plans aligned with the school curriculum; Familiarity with Cambridge Primary or other international curricula is an advantage; Holds a valid Teaching Certificate or relevant teaching qualification; Native English Teachers are welcome to apply.
