Deskripsi pekerjaan
Posisi guru sains untuk tingkat Middle Level hingga Upper Level (P3-P5). Peran ini bertanggung jawab untuk mengembangkan rencana pembelajaran yang menarik dan menyampaikan materi sains melalui metode eksperimen berbasis inkuiri (hands-on). Guru akan membimbing siswa dalam mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir ilmiah dan pemecahan masalah, mengarahkan proyek sains, serta mempersiapkan siswa untuk ajang Science Fair. Selain itu, guru bertanggung jawab menilai kemajuan siswa dan memastikan praktik eksperimen di laboratorium berjalan dengan aman.
Tanggung jawab: Develop engaging unit plans and lesson plans; Deliver hands-on, inquiry-based science lessons and experiments; Develop students’ scientific thinking and problem-solving skills; Guide science projects and prepare students for Science Fairs; Assess student progress and ensure safe experimental practices.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Science or a related field; Open to fresh graduates and experienced candidates; Good command of English; Knowledge of Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Earth & Space Science; Understanding of project-based learning and laboratory safety; Creative, enthusiastic, and passionate about science education; Strong communication, classroom management, and collaboration skills; Child-centered teaching approach.
