Odysee Education is an education company dedicated to improving the quality and accessibility of education in Indonesia. The company collaborates with various schools and educational institutions to bridge the gap by connecting them with qualified international teachers. As an Academic Coordinator, you will support the management team in overseeing academic operations. Your role involves coordinating schedules, monitoring teacher performance, and ensuring that teaching quality meets international standards. You will serve as a primary point of contact between schools and teachers to ensure all academic requirements and expectations are successfully fulfilled.
Tanggung jawab: Coordinate and support international teachers in their schedule and academic needs; Monitor teacher performance, lesson planning, classroom delivery, and teaching quality; Conduct teacher observations, provide constructive feedback, and support professional development; Communicate with schools and teachers to ensure academic requirements and expectations are met; Support teacher training, onboarding, curriculum development, and other academic initiatives.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or a related field; Experience in teaching, academic coordination, teacher training, or education management; Strong English communication and interpersonal skills; Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills; Experience with international teachers, international curricula, or international schools is an advantage.
