Sinergia Homeschooling menyediakan lingkungan pendidikan yang fleksibel dan terarah bagi siswa, termasuk pendampingan khusus bagi siswa berkebutuhan khusus dengan standar kurikulum internasional. Posisi Special Needs Teacher bertanggung jawab untuk memberikan pengajaran privat melalui kunjungan rumah (home visit) bagi siswa tingkat Cambridge Primary. Tugas utama meliputi penyusunan dan penyampaian materi pembelajaran untuk mata pelajaran Bahasa Inggris, Matematika, atau Sains sesuai dengan Kurikulum Cambridge dan kebutuhan individu siswa. Anda juga bertugas mengadaptasi metode pengajaran, mendukung perkembangan akademik serta kemandirian siswa, berkoordinasi secara berkala dengan Tim Akademik Sinergia, serta menyusun laporan perkembangan siswa secara rutin. Penempatan kerja mencakup wilayah Puri, Jakarta Barat, dengan jadwal paruh waktu (part-time).
Tanggung jawab: Provide home visit lessons for a Cambridge Primary student; Teach according to the assigned subject: English, Mathematics, or Science; Prepare and deliver lessons based on the Cambridge Primary Curriculum and the student’s learning needs; Adapt teaching methods and activities according to the student’s abilities, characteristics, and responses; Support the student’s academic development, focus, independence, and learning skills; Coordinate with the Academic/Primary Team regarding lesson plans, student progress, and any challenges during the learning process; Do not make significant changes to the learning materials, targets, or program independently without prior coordination with the academic team; Prepare a Student Report regularly covering the student’s progress, achievements, and areas for further development; Qualifications; Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in English Education, English Literature, Science Education, Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Elementary Education, or a related field; Minimum 2 years of teaching experience, with experience working with children with special needs; Experience teaching the Cambridge Primary Curriculum in the relevant subject: English, Mathematics, or Science; Strong command of English, both spoken and written; Able to explain academic concepts clearly and adapt lessons to the student's learning level and needs; Experience in home tutoring / private tutoring is preferred; Patient, calm, observant, flexible, and able to build a positive relationship with students while maintaining appropriate boundaries; Creative in developing engaging learning activities while staying aligned with the learning objectives; Able to work collaboratively with the Sinergia Academic/Primary Team and open to feedback; Willing to follow Sinergia Homeschooling's academic guidelines, learning objectives, and teaching direction; Willing to conduct home visits in Puri, West Jakarta; Available for a part-time teaching schedule based on the student's schedule; Special Needs Requirement; Minimum 2 years of experience teaching or working with children with special needs; Able to adapt teaching methods, learning materials, and communication approaches according to the student's individual needs; Patient and empathetic when working with students who may have difficulties with focus, communication, behaviour, or learning; Able to create a safe, supportive, structured, and comfortable learning environment; Experience or knowledge of ASD, ADHD, learning difficulties, speech delay, or other special educational needs is a plus; Experience working with parents, therapists, psychologists, or other professionals is a plus.
