We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Pre-Sales Specialist (Home Appliances) to join our retail team in Central Jakarta. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction by providing expert product knowledge and guidance to potential customers. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers before the point of sale, demonstrating product features, answering technical questions, and helping customers make informed purchasing decisions. This role is essential to our sales strategy, as you will be the bridge between our innovative products and our customers' needs, directly impacting our market presence and revenue growth.
Tanggung jawab: Greet and engage with customers to understand their home appliance needs and preferences; Provide comprehensive product demonstrations and detailed explanations of features, benefits, and specifications for our home appliance range; Answer technical and functional questions about products, comparing different models to help customers find the best fit for their requirements; Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all product lines, pricing, promotions, and new product launches; Build strong customer relationships and provide exceptional service to encourage purchases and brand loyalty; Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and facilitate smooth transitions to the sales process; Keep the showroom or display area clean, organised, and well-stocked with marketing materials and product information; Track customer inquiries and feedback to provide insights that support continuous product and service improvement; Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective customer engagement and product recommendations; Represent the Midea brand professionally at all times, upholding our values of quality and customer service excellence.
