PPIC Supervisor

About the role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced PPIC Supervisor to join PT Universal Kreasi Rasa in Cicurug, Sukabumi, West Java. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in our manufacturing and logistics operations. As PPIC Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing Production Planning, Inventory Control and Scheduling functions, ensuring optimal operational efficiency and timely delivery of products. This role is essential to maintaining the smooth flow of our manufacturing processes and coordinating between production, inventory management and logistics teams.

Key responsibilities Develop and maintain production schedules in alignment with customer demand and inventory requirements Monitor inventory levels and implement control measures to minimise waste whilst ensuring adequate stock availability

Coordinate with production teams to ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards Analyse production data and forecasting trends to optimise planning and resource allocation Manage supplier communications and ensure timely material procurement

Supervise and mentor junior PPIC team members, providing guidance and training Prepare reports on production performance, inventory status and key performance indicators Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and production bottlenecks

Implement continuous improvements in planning and inventory management processes Liaise between production, warehouse, sales and logistics departments to ensure seamless operations What we're looking for
