The PPIC Bottom Department Head is responsible for overseeing all operations within the bottom department, including Outsole Rubber, IP, Phylon, S/F, and Upper & Bottom Setting. The role requires a strong focus on work health and safety culture as a top priority. The position involves controlling all section head activities and developing a master schedule, establishing the sequence and lead time of each operation to ensure alignment with delivery dates.

Kualifikasi: Min. S1; Have minimum of 10 year experience in similar position; Aware of work health and safety culture as a top priority.
