Port Engineering Officer bertanggung jawab penuh dalam mendukung strategi pengembangan pelabuhan, melakukan penilaian kelayakan, perencanaan pelabuhan, serta merumuskan solusi logistik maritim untuk fasilitas pelabuhan baru maupun yang sudah ada. Peran ini menuntut koordinasi teknis yang intensif dengan berbagai pemangku kepentingan. Tugas utama Anda meliputi penyiapan laporan teknis, evaluasi lalu lintas kapal, kajian navigasi, serta penyusunan proposal pengembangan guna mendukung proses pengambilan keputusan oleh manajemen perusahaan berdasarkan standar operasional dan kebutuhan kargo yang berlaku.
Tanggung jawab: Support the development of port strategies, master plans, and infrastructure development plans based on business requirements, cargo forecasts, and operational needs; Coordinate with port planning consultants, marine engineers, shipping companies, port operators, and relevant authorities regarding technical requirements and development strategies; Coordinate vessel traffic assessments, navigation studies, and marine operational requirements to identify potential constraints and propose appropriate solutions; Prepare technical assessments, project reports, development proposals, presentations, and recommendations for management review and decision-making.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's Degree in Marine, Civil, or related Engineering discipline; Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marine or infrastructure projects; Knowledge of vessel types, ship particulars, draft limitations, cargo capacities, berthing requirements, and marine operational constraints; Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with good command of written and spoken English.
