Pool and Garden Supervisor bertanggung jawab penuh atas pengawasan pemeliharaan, perawatan, dan kualitas estetika lanskap kebun serta area kolam renang di seluruh properti perusahaan. Peran ini memastikan bahwa area luar ruang dan fasilitas air selalu terjaga dalam kondisi prima, memimpin tugas harian tim kebun, menyusun jadwal kerja, serta merawat peralatan operasional. Supervisor juga berperan strategis dalam pelatihan staf, manajemen vendor, pengelolaan anggaran proyek, serta bekerja sama erat dengan Senior Operations Manager guna mendukung pertumbuhan jangka panjang ruang hijau properti.
Tanggung jawab: Oversee daily garden and pool maintenance tasks, ensuring that lawns, borders, hedges, and plants are well-maintained; Ensure that all gardens and pools across properties are consistently kept in pristine condition through regular inspections; Perform weekly checkups on all properties to ensure that both garden areas and indoor plants are healthy and properly maintained; Team Leadership & Schedule Management :; Manage the schedules of the garden and pool team , ensuring coverage and maintenance are carried out year-round; Step in to cover for the manager or staff during their absence to ensure operations continue smoothly; Provide methodical training and guidance to enhance the skillset and performance of the gardening and pool maintenance team; Equipment & Machinery Maintenance :; Ensure all garden and pool-related tools, equipment, and machinery are properly maintained, serviced, and ready for use; Regularly inspect equipment to identify any maintenance needs and coordinate timely servicing or replacement; Garden Planning & Plant Care :; Conduct annual reviews of garden plants and update or replace plants as needed, aligning with the property’s landscape design and heritage listings; Research and introduce new plants that promote the garden's continued growth, ensuring the landscape remains vibrant and well-tended; Develop garden plans that enhance the properties’ overall aesthetics while maintaining heritage and environmental considerations; Vendor Management :; Oversee external vendors and contractors for pool and garden maintenance or renovation projects, ensuring their work meets company standards; Coordinate with qualified vendors to restock supplies and tools at the most optimal price, managing inventory and ensuring continuous availability of materials; Budget & Productivity Control :; Assist the manager in managing the garden and pool maintenance budget , ensuring cost-efficiency while maintaining high standards; Monitor and report on the team’s productivity , making adjustments where necessary to improve efficiency and reduce costs; Special Projects & Event Support :; Assist with any special events or projects requiring garden or pool services, ensuring the landscape is ready for presentations or guests; Coordinate with the manager on pool and garden renovation projects , ensuring that work is completed on time and within budget.
Kualifikasi: Experience in landscaping or garden and pool maintenance, with a focus on managing teams and overseeing large-scale property landscapes; Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in scheduling, training, and staff supervision; Knowledge of garden and plant care , including the ability to research and introduce new plants suitable for different climates and environments; Familiarity with garden tools and machinery , including maintaining and servicing equipment; Experience in vendor management and working within budget constraints for large-scale maintenance projects; Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple properties, projects, and team members.
