Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience in developing and evaluating credit policies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel (advanced proficiency is preferred)
• Strong analytical, evaluation, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines

Tanggung Jawab

• Support the development and review of credit policies in accordance with the Bank’s regulations and business objectives
• Coordinate with supporting divisions to evaluate and implement credit policies effectively
• Monitor, evaluate, and conduct periodic sampling of credit policy implementation to ensure compliance and effectiveness
• Prepare risk management reports and provide recommendations for policy improvements
• Review and update credit policies based on regulatory changes, market conditions, and the Bank’s risk appetite
• Follow up on internal and external audit findings to ensure timely resolution and compliance
• Prepare regular reports and perform administrative tasks related to credit policy management
