About the role PT Donlim Technology Indonesia is seeking a PMC (Mandarin Speaker) to join our dynamic team in Demak, Central Java. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in our Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics operations. As PMC, you will serve as a vital bridge between our production and coordination teams, leveraging your Mandarin language skills to facilitate seamless communication, manage project timelines, and ensure operational excellence across our facilities. This role is essential to maintaining our high standards of efficiency and quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key responsibilities Monitor and coordinate production schedules to ensure timely delivery of projects and adherence to deadlines Communicate with international partners and stakeholders using Mandarin language skills to facilitate smooth operations and resolve issues Track project progress and compile detailed reports on production metrics and performance indicators Coordinate between production, logistics, and quality teams to optimise workflow and resource allocation Liaise with suppliers and external partners to manage procurement and supply chain activities Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in production processes and recommend improvements Maintain accurate documentation of project specifications, timelines, and deliverables Support management in strategic planning and decision-making through data analysis and reporting What we're looking for Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (both written and spoken) with professional communication skills Proven experience in project management, production coordination, or manufacturing operations
