About the role PT FHG TEKSTIL INDONESIA' is seeking an experienced Exim Officer to join our team in Demak, Central Java. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing the company's import and export operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and optimising logistical efficiency. What you'll be doing Coordinating the import and export of goods, including processing documentation, arranging transportation, and liaising with customs authorities

Monitoring and analysing market trends to identify opportunities for growth and cost savings Ensuring all import and export activities are compliant with relevant laws and regulations Developing and implementing strategies to streamline logistics and improve supply chain efficiency

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational challenges Maintaining accurate records and preparing reports for management What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar Exim Officer or freight/cargo forwarding role Thorough understanding of import/export regulations, customs procedures, and logistics Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to optimise logistics and identify efficiencies Proficient in using relevant software and technology to manage operations Flexible and adaptable to handle the dynamic nature of the freight/cargo forwarding industry
