PMC (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Responsibilities Monitor and control production planning activities to ensure production schedules are achieved. Prepare and follow up on production plans based on customer requirements and production capacity.

Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, and related departments to ensure material availability and smooth production flow. Monitor raw material inventory levels and ensure materials are available according to production requirements. Track production progress and identify potential delays or material shortages.

Prepare reports related to production schedules, material status, inventory, and production performance. Maintain accurate production and material records in ERP systems or related management systems. Support data analysis and improvement activities related to production efficiency and material control.

Ensure all PMC activities comply with company procedures and operational standards. Requirements Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Management, or related fields.

Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin and English. Minimum 1 year of experience in PMC, production planning, material control, or related fields. Familiarity with ERP systems, production planning systems, or inventory management systems is an advantage.
