PM - Global Influencer Marketing

Location: Canggu, Bali (Onsite) Employment Type: Full-time DYNA SOUL SOLUTION is a creative marketing agency specializing in global influencer marketing and digital campaigns. We collaborate with international brands across various industries to create impactful influencer campaigns in multiple markets. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager - KOL Team to lead our influencer marketing operations, manage a team of KOL Specialists, and ensure successful end-to-end campaign execution.

Lead, mentor, and manage the KOL Team to achieve individual and team KPIs. Plan, coordinate, and oversee influencer marketing campaigns from planning through execution. Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Develop campaign strategies and influencer recommendations based on client objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, creators, agencies, and business partners. Supervise influencer outreach, negotiations, and campaign deliverables.

Collaborate closely with the Creative, Design, Social Media, and Business Development teams. Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend optimization strategies. Resolve campaign issues efficiently while maintaining high-quality client service.

Ensure proper documentation and project management throughout each campaign. Minimum 2 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, KOL Management, Digital Marketing, or Account Management.
