Tanggung Jawab

• Drive sales and business development activities for automotive plastic products
• Identify and develop new business opportunities while actively acquiring new customers
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and suppliers, while expanding business opportunities related to plastic materials
• Prepare, manage, and analyze annual budgets to support business objectives
• Develop and present profit and loss (P&L) analysis reports to evaluate business performance
• Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in any field, preferably in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related discipline
• 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive, chemical, plastics, or trading sectors
• Knowledge of plastic resins and chemical products, including Copolymer, PP, ABS, and related materials
• Strong business communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with strong collaboration skills
• Enthusiastic about learning and adapting to new challenges
• Japanese language proficiency is an advantage
