Leading procurement and logistics activities to ensure the timely availability of heavy equipment spare parts, materials, and operational supplies.
Tanggung jawab: Lead procurement activities for heavy equipment spare parts, materials, and operational supplies; Review technical specifications and ensure the correct selection of spare parts based on maintenance requirements; Coordinate with Plant, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and inventory availability; Manage supplier sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and performance to achieve cost, quality, and delivery targets; Oversee logistics and transportation activities to support uninterrupted site operations; Ensure procurement and logistics activities comply with company policies and prepare periodic performance reports; Hands-on experience with heavy equipment maintenance or spare parts management is highly preferred; Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field; Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement of heavy equipment spare parts within the mining industry, including supervisory experience; Strong technical understanding of heavy equipment components and spare parts; Ability to interpret parts catalogs, technical manuals, and maintenance requirements; Strong knowledge of procurement, vendor management, inventory control, and logistics coordination; Excellent leadership, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills; Proficient in ERP/Procurement systems and Microsoft Office.
