Plant Operator

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline. Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial operations, preferably in power generation, utilities, manufacturing, oil & gas, petrochemical, or other continuous process industries. Good understanding of industrial equipment operation and process systems.

Familiar with standard operating procedures, operational controls, and equipment monitoring. Experience performing routine equipment inspections and basic operational maintenance activities. Good understanding of industrial safety standards and safe working practices.

Comfortable using computer-based operational and maintenance systems. Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. Able to work in a rotating shift schedule.

Willing to be assigned to the project site in East Java.
