Posisi Plant Manager ini bertanggung jawab penuh memimpin operasional blending pelumas otomotif dan industri. Peran ini mencakup pengawasan menyeluruh terhadap proses manufaktur cair, manajemen kualitas, serta efisiensi lini pengemasan untuk mencapai target Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) minimal 80%. Kandidat akan memimpin tim dalam memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar SNI, TKDN (≥ 40%), serta sertifikasi ISO 9001/14001/45001. Selain aspek operasional, Plant Manager berperan dalam perencanaan produksi untuk memenuhi target pengiriman (OTIF ≥ 98%), manajemen limbah B3, serta kepemimpinan laboratorium pengujian pelumas. Kandidat ideal adalah seorang profesional dengan pengalaman 8-12 tahun di bidang manufaktur proses cair yang memiliki integritas tinggi, kemampuan kepemimpinan yang tegas, serta pengalaman praktis dalam manajemen lantai produksi.
Tanggung jawab: Blending Operations & Quality Management: Lead automotive and industrial lubricant blending operations in accordance with established formulations and quality standards. Enforce strict flushing and line-clearing procedures to ensure zero cross-contam; Process Loss Control: Oversee the accuracy of base oil and additive receiving, flow meter/load cell calibration, and production yield management to consistently maintain blending and packaging losses below 0.5%; Filling Line Optimization & OEE: Improve packaging equipment efficiency, targeting Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) ≥ 80% across retail packaging (0.8L and 1L bottles with 100% leak-proof induction sealing) and industrial packaging (18/20L pails; QA/QC Leadership & Principal Audits: Oversee lubricant laboratory testing, retention samples, batch traceability, and technical audit readiness for international toll-blending clients; Regulatory Compliance, ISO & HSE: Ensure compliance with mandatory SNI certification, TKDN requirements (≥ 40%), SIINas, hazardous waste (B3) management through Festronik, ISO 9001/14001/45001 standards, and 5R/5S workplace practices; Production Planning & Delivery Performance: Lead production planning and scheduling for internal brands (UPSOL & LYNX), B2B orders, and contract manufacturing operations to achieve On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery performance of ≥ 98%.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Chemistry from an accredited university; Minimum 8–12 years of experience in liquid-process manufacturing, including 3–5 years in a Plant Manager or Senior Production Manager role within a Lubricant Oil Blending Plant (LOBP), petrochemical, or specialty chemical manufacturing facility; Strong technical knowledge of base oils (Group I, II, III, and synthetic), additive packages, thermal oil heating systems/boilers, and lubricant laboratory testing equipment, including Kinematic Viscometers, Flash Point Testers, TBN/TAN Analyzers, De; Proven experience serving as a Lead Auditee in mandatory SNI certification audits, TKDN verification, ISO 9001/14001/45001 audits, and multinational customer audits; Excellent command of spoken and written English, with strong integrity, decisive leadership, hands-on shop-floor management capabilities, and a commitment to operational excellence. Willing to be based full-time at the manufacturing facility in Tange.
