Tanggung Jawab

• Guide and supervise other staffs and workers in the proper execution of breeding experiments according to established protocols and SOP
• Provide regular update of trials through field visits, analysis and reports. Make recommendations in a timely manner
• Monitor the progress of plant breeding trials in designated regions
• Regularly update trial reports
• Analyze trial results and submit scientific reports
• Arrange and supervise field workers to ensure compliance with SOPs
• Contribute to database development to support the biometry section
• Handle budgeting activities related to plant breeding trials
• Job Requirements:
• Master’s degree (S-2) in Plant Breeding or Agronomy
• Bachelor’s degree (S-1) may be considered with relevant experience
• Preferably experienced in field/research work
• Knowledge of quantitative genetics and oil palm plantation systems is a plus
• Proficient in English (both written and spoken)
• Strong leadership capabilities
• Willing to be based in Riau
