Perusahaan ini bergerak di bidang pengembang properti (Real Estate Developer). Peran ini bertanggung jawab dalam merancang dan meninjau gambar arsitektur serta melakukan koordinasi dengan konsultan terkait struktur, MEP, lanskap, dan interior. Selain itu, posisi ini berperan memastikan kepatuhan terhadap regulasi lokal, persyaratan zonasi, dan pertimbangan lingkungan seperti KDB, KLB, GSB, dan KDH. Anda juga akan berkolaborasi dengan tim riset pasar, pemasaran, serta tim proyek untuk memantau progres konstruksi dan memimpin tim desain lanskap serta teknik.
Tanggung jawab: Design, review architectural drawings, and consultant coordination (structural, MEP, landscape, interior); Ensure compliance with local regulations, zoning requirements, and environmental considerations (KDB, KLB, GSB, KDH); Coordinate with consultants and authorities for planning approvals and permits; Collaborate with Market Research & Marketing teams to ensure design concepts and current lifestyle trends; Collaborate with Project Managers and Site Engineers to monitor construction progress; Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the landscape design and engineering team.
