Posisi ini berfokus pada pengembangan dan pemeliharaan sistem kesehatan (Health System). Peran ini menuntut tanggung jawab penuh dalam menjaga stabilitas aplikasi mobile kesehatan, sistem CMS, aplikasi hotline, serta sistem ActivityLog, termasuk melakukan migrasi ke framework yang lebih baru. Selain pemeliharaan, pengembang akan terlibat dalam proyek integrasi dengan sistem inti, pengembangan aplikasi dan laporan baru sesuai permintaan pengguna, serta implementasi AI dalam alur kerja bisnis (termasuk Agentic AI). Tanggung jawab lainnya mencakup peningkatan keamanan aplikasi secara berkala serta pengelolaan dokumentasi dan administrasi proyek secara rutin setiap bulan.

Tanggung jawab: Maintain Health Mobile Application, including monitoring and publish new apps. bundle into AppStore and Playstore; Maintain Health CMS System including migration from old framework to newer framework; Maintain Hotline Application, including migration to newer framework; Maintain ActivityLog system, including migration to newer framework; Integration project (if any) with Core System; Develop new application & report as requested by users; Implementing AI in business process workflow, including Agentic AI usage, integration existing system with AI workflow, etc; Application security enhancement (periodically); Application documentation & administration including project status reporting every month.

Kualifikasi: Good English language skills spoken/written; Good problem solving; Able to work under pressure, committed to project timeline, honest, patient and discipline; Able to work both independent and team; Good in administration and application versioning documentation; Technical Skill:; Experience in application troubleshooting, debugging, deployment, update and maintenance; Have concern in application security, performance, and good code quality; Backend & Web Development:; Strong skill in C# dan ASP.NET Core / .NET Core MVC; Experience in API development and integration with web/mobile application; Understand OOP, Entity Framework/Core, & software architecture design; Have ability in PHP and Python will be more advantage; Experience in Flutter & Dart for Android and iOS application enhancement; Experience in API integration with Firebase; Experience in authentication, token management, push notification, and secure storage; Understand process release management, versioning, and handling application in Play Store and App Store platform; Strong skill in SQL Server, SQL query, Join, transaction, stored procedure/function, indexing, database optimization, dan database security; Familiar with microsoft MDB, HeidiSQL, PostgreSQL; Understand and implementing secure coding practices; Understand OWASP Top 10 concept, SQL Injection, XSS, CSRF, authentication, authorization, session/token security, and input validation; Understand HTTPS/TLS, encryption, password hashing, API security, secure file upload, and sensitive data protection; Have awareness for application security, logging, and access control; Have knowledge and experience in Cloud Services, Docker and GitHub will be advantage; Have experience using SAST tools such as SonarQube, Veracode, etc; AI & Agentic AI:; Experience in Agentic AI workflow implementation; Understand AI Agent concept, tool/function calling, workflow orchestration, prompt engineering; Understand how to integrate AI Agent with database, API, external services, and business workflow; Understand the concept of LLM, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), context management, monitoring and security inside AI workflow loop.
