Develop and maintain production plans based on demand and capacity Control and manage material requirements to ensure availability Monitor and track production progress

Coordinate with related teams (e.g., production, warehouse, procurement) Identify and resolve production or material issues Optimize inventory levels and reduce excess stock

Requirements: Language: Proficient in Mandarin (spoken & written). • Fresh Graduates: Especially those fluent in Mandarin and eager to learn, grow, and take on challenges. • Experience Option: Candidates without Mandarin skills but with strong hands-on experience in PMC, planning, materials, or warehouse administration are also encouraged to apply. • Skills: Excel, ERP systems, production scheduling, material control. • Abilities: Strong communication, coordination, meticulous attention to detail, stress resistance, and data sensitivity.
