Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Minimum 2 years of working experience in insurance, insurance brokerage, or related industry; Experience in placement, underwriting, or insurance technical handling is preferred; Strong communication and negotiation skills; Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills; High integrity and professional work ethic; Disciplined, responsible, and able to work independently or in a team; Proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment; Proficient in Microsoft Office; Strong commitment to learning and professional growth.
