Photo Editor

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Photo Editor to join our Bali team and work closely with our in-house photographer. You'll play a key role in transforming villa photography into visually stunning marketing assets that inspire travellers to book their next holiday. This role is perfect for someone early in their career who has a strong eye for aesthetics, enjoys editing real estate and lifestyle imagery, and is excited to grow their skills in a fast-paced travel and hospitality environment. This position is offered as an initial 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent role based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities Edit and retouch villa, lifestyle, and hospitality photography to ensure a consistent and premium visual standard across all marketing channels Select, organize, and manage large volumes of photos from villa shoots, ensuring assets are accurately tagged, categorized, and stored

Perform color correction, exposure balancing, perspective correction, sky replacements, and other enhancements while maintaining realistic and attractive imagery Collaborate closely with the photographer and marketing team to ensure final images align with Villa Finder's brand guidelines and visual identity Prepare and export images in the appropriate formats and dimensions for websites, social media, advertising campaigns, and partner platforms

Use AI-powered editing tools to improve efficiency while maintaining high-quality output Maintain an organized digital asset library and ensure all files are backed up and easily accessible Support the wider marketing team with image requests and visual content needs

Continuously explore new editing techniques, tools, and industry trends to improve content quality and workflow efficiency About You You have approximately 1–3 years of experience in photo editing, retouching, or related creative work
