We have developed over 10 beauty brands, including Makeup, Skincare, Body Care, and Fragrance. Our business has expanded across Indonesia, China, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam, bringing high-quality beauty innovations to the market. Key Responsibilities

Livestream Planning – Plan and manage daily livestream schedules, product flow, and promotional strategies. Performance Monitoring – Monitor livestream performance metrics such as GMV, traffic, AOV, and conversion rate to ensure targets are achieved. Data & Product Analysis – Analyze sales and performance data to identify winning products and optimize product selection.

Team Coordination – Coordinate with hosts and operators to ensure smooth and effective livestream execution. Execution & Reporting – Oversee end-to-end livestream operations and prepare performance reports with actionable insights for improvement. Requirements

Professional English speaking skills. Willing to be placed in the Philippines office. Minimum 3 years of experience in the livestream industry.

Experienced in handling end-to-end livestream operations, from scheduling to host performance management. Familiar with platforms such as TikTok Shop and Shopee Live. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret livestream performance data.
