RESPONSIBILITES : Organize meetings and appointments Arrange travel booking, prepare itineraries, compiles travel records
Create meetings notes Make necessary reports, correspondence and documentations for Director(s) Prepare agenda and reminders for Director(s)
Handling personal tasks of Director(s) Carry out others related task based on the instructions from Director(s) Directly report to Director(s)
Arrive before CEO and leave after CEO (usually 12 hours) REQUIREMENTS : Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
Ability to operate Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, Powerpoint At least 3 years working experience in Secretarial Work Able to work until late
