Manage schedules, appointments, travel arrangements, and personal administrative matters. Organize, maintain, and safeguard confidential documents and records. Assist in the administration, tracking, and monitoring of assets, including properties, vehicles, and other investments.
Prepare periodic reports on asset status, occupancy, maintenance, and related matters. Coordinate with external parties such as notaries, property agents, tenants, banks, vendors, and professional consultants. Conduct research and gather information related to asset management, investment opportunities, and business initiatives.
Monitor and follow up on payments, invoices, contracts, lease agreements, and other asset-related documentation. Ensure all administrative processes are completed accurately and in a timely manner. Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Administrative Officer, or a similar role. Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Google Workspace, and other productivity tools.
High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality. Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently. Strong communication and coordination skills.
