Experienced Pattern Maker responsible for pattern development, grading, marker planning, fitting accuracy, and production support.
Tanggung jawab: Create garment patterns based on design sketches, tech packs, and customer requirements; Develop base patterns, grading, and markers for production; Collaborate with the Design, Sample Room, and Production teams to ensure pattern accuracy and fit; Conduct pattern revisions based on fitting results and sample evaluations; Ensure patterns meet quality standards, production requirements, and cost efficiency targets; Calculate fabric consumption and optimize marker efficiency; Prepare and maintain pattern documentation and technical records; Support sample development and troubleshoot pattern-related issues during production.
