Patient Relationship Officer

Job Description Responsible for the delivery of the entire patient's cashless journey at the hospital. Responsible for assisting and escorting Halodoc patients at the hospital.

Work closely with hospital departments including customer care, registration, cashier, pharmacy, and nursing staff to deliver excellent in-hospital services to Halodoc patients. Coordinate with the internal Halodoc team to ensure seamless operations and patient support. Responsible for generating accurate reports using the designated system.

Job Requirements Possesses at least a Diploma (D3) in a healthcare-related field, preferably in Nursing or Midwifery. Professional and presentable

Has a medical background (nurse or midwife) or at least has experience working as a front office staff in a hospital. Strong communication skills. Candidates should be familiar with hospital patient flow and procedures.

Willing to work on a shift schedule. Candidates must be based in Jabodetabek.
