Deskripsi pekerjaan
Posisi ini bertugas untuk merencanakan dan melaksanakan kelas percobaan (Trial Class) serta sesi Open House, termasuk persiapan konten dan alat peraga. Pengajar akan memimpin proses belajar di kelas, berkoordinasi dengan tim SA Kids untuk keterlibatan siswa dan orang tua, serta membantu dalam seminar orang tua. Selain tugas mengajar, pengajar bertanggung jawab menyusun laporan pasca-acara, termasuk laporan observasi dan ringkasan umpan balik. Pengajar juga diharapkan berpartisipasi dalam sesi pelatihan sebagai bagian dari pengembangan profesional. Jam kerja bersifat fleksibel antara pukul 08.00 hingga 14.00 dengan penempatan di Batam.
Tanggung jawab: Plan & Execute Trial Class and Open House sessions, including content and activity preparation; Conduct On-Class Teaching during Trial Class and Open House; Coordinate with SA Kids for student and parents engagement; Prepare Post-Event Reports, including Lead Observation Report and feedback summary; Assist in Parents Seminar (online/offline); Participate in Training Sessions as part of teacher development.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field; Minimum 1-3 years of experience in early childhood or preschool teaching, also open for fresh graduate or final year student with no class; Strong classroom leadership and coordination skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage well with both teachers and parents; Passionate about child-centered and play-based learning approaches; Willing to work full-time with a placement in Batam.
