As we grow, we’re seeking dedicated Part Service Sales Representatives to join our team in multiple branch locations nationwide. This role is vital in providing exceptional service and ensuring customers have access to the genuine John Deere parts they need. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell genuine John Deere parts to customers, ensuring they receive the right solutions for their equipment.

Address customer inquiries, provide parts recommendations, and assist with identifying specific parts requirements. Monitor branch stock levels, coordinate with the inventory team, and ensure timely availability of parts. Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Manage order entries and ensure accurate, timely processing of parts orders. Stay updated on product knowledge, market demands, and competitor offerings to better serve customers. Work closely with the Service and Sales departments to provide comprehensive support and ensure customer needs are fully met.
